How do I place an order?

Ordering from our website couldn't be easier. Browse the products section of the website and click the add to cart button when you find what you're looking for. You can always check your basket at the top of the page to see what's inside.  We can also take orders over the phone on 01672 540 427.

 

Will they look exactly like the ones on the website?

Owing to the handmade nature of our work, products may differ very slightly from those shown on the website.  Swatch samples can be sent out on request.

 

When will I receive my order?

We’ll get going on your order as soon as payment has been received (or once a cheque has cleared). We aim to deliver within 10 working days.

 

How much is postage?

P&P is charged at a flat rate of £3.50 within the UK.  Please contact us to enquire about postage overseas.

 

How quickly can you get it to me?

If you need something urgently, please telephone us with your order so we can get it to you as quickly as possible. Specific timings and postage charges can be discussed by phone.  

 

Are you able to gift wrap?

Yes! All our products are wrapped in clear cellophane, but in addition to this we offer a beautiful gift-wrap service for £4.00, which includes a handwritten message on a Little Plum card.  Please select this service on the checkout page.

 

 

What is your returns policy?

If for any reason you would like to return your order, please do so within 14 days (in perfect condition) ensuring you obtain Proof of Postage as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in the post. We will then either replace the item or, if you prefer, offer a full refund minus the cost of the original postage.  As Personalised Name Pictures are made to order, we regret that we cannot accept returns for these.
