Delivery
P&P is charged at at £3.95 for orders under £25 and £4.95 for orders over £25 within the UK. We offer Free Delivery for orders over £150. This will be automatically calculated at the checkout.

All items are handmade in-house and are usually dispatched between two to three days after the order has been placed. Please allow additional time during promotions and in the lead up to Christmas. If you need something urgently, please telephone us so we can get it to you as quickly as possible. Specific timings and postage charges can be discussed by phone.
We also have a gift wrap service. All items in the basket can be gift wrapped in dark green paper and tied with a grosgrain ribbon for a flat rate of £4.00. Please select this service on the checkout page, and include the short message to be handwritten in the notes section.
Returns
We hope that you will be entirely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you would like to return your order, please do so within 14 days (in perfect condition) ensuring you obtain Proof of Postage as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in the post. We will then either replace the item or, if you prefer, offer a full refund minus the cost of the original postage. In the unlikely event that you find the product(s) damaged or faulty we will of course offer a refund or exchange.
